If a transferee decides to rent, we offer comprehensive marketing program which includes a staging consultation, top of the line professional photography and virtual tours which combined with a multi-channel marketing plan will to maximize the rental price of the home. Once a potential tenant has been identified, we conduct a comprehensive background check including credit report, criminal background check, FICO score and eviction report. Our company manages tenant relations ensuring that the rent is paid on time, coordinating any needed repairs, paying different vendors (pool, lawn maintenance and fertilization, etc.), managing the security deposits, updating the transferee property account statement, managing the move out and move in, etc.
If a transferee prefers to keep the property vacant, our tailored services may include activities such as periodic property visits, hiring of cleaning and other vendors, taking care of repairs and maintenance, forwarding of mail to domestic or foreign locations designated by transferee, etc. These and other services may be negotiated on a case by case basis. We keep both the transferee, corporation and RMC informed as required.
