Alphonsine earned her Bachelor in Science, majoring in Architecture at the Universidad Ricardo Palma, Lima – Peru city where she was born. She then completed an MBA at the University of Illinois at Chicago majoring in Marketing and Finance. She worked at the University of Illinois as a business manager as well as the Peruvian Consulate in Chicago. Enjoyed living in Tucson, Arizona but moving to Florida to be closer to family was her goal.
Always fascinated by architecture and interior design, she completed all the requirements to obtain a general contractor license and ultimate pursue a career in Real Estate. Applying the skills, she had in business, marketing plus her vision of space and architecture has been a tremendous asset for her clients.
She became well known in the physician community specially with relocating physicians since she had been through the process by being married to one. She understood very well her clients’ needs, interests and their possibilities.
On her free time she enjoys going to the gym, out on the boat and spending time with her family.
